A pet-nat style Rosé, this wine brings the party as soon as you open it up! To differentiate it from our still Rosé, we made it with the Rhone varietals, Grenache Noir and Mourvedre. The berries were foot-stomped and the juice sat on the skins for 4 hours before it was pressed to tank and fermented cold until it had just 3% sugar left. The wine spent 3 months in barrel, continuing to ferment until we canned it with the last bit of sugar fermenting completely dry in the can, resulting in a soft, foamy mousse.

Each can is 250mL, slightly less than 2 glasses of wine. Three cans is the equivalent of a standard bottle of wine (750mL).
